Information we collect
We collect institute details, staff and student records, academic performance data and usage information needed to run the platform and its AI features.
How we use information
Data is used to deliver adaptive learning, generate academic content, answer student doubts, produce analytics for your institute and support your team.
Data ownership
Your institute owns its data. KotiEdu processes it on your behalf and does not sell it to third parties.
Student and minor data
Student records are treated as sensitive. Access is restricted to authorised institute staff and to the parents of that student.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access controls and audit logging across the platform.
Retention and deletion
Data is retained while your institute is active. On request or account closure, records are deleted or returned within a reasonable period.
