Using KotiEdu

Access is licensed to your institute for its own teaching and administration. Accounts may not be shared outside your organisation.

Plans are billed per active student on a monthly or annual cycle. Fees are due in advance and are non-refundable for periods already served.

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to breach its security, or use AI outputs in ways that break exam board rules or applicable law.

AI outputs are drafts for faculty review. Your institute is responsible for verifying academic accuracy before using material with students.

We aim for high availability and will notify you of planned maintenance. Service may occasionally be interrupted for updates.

Either party may end the subscription at the close of a billing cycle. Your data can be exported before access ends.
